Track and Trace

The value added Track and Trace of Worktrace really does add value. It needs only a bowser and is designed to integrate with existing in-house mail management systems. It gives the usual basic track and trace of other systems, listing the events a mail item passed though. As well as actual events, the listing shows planned events, such as final delivery.
Additionally, a hierarchical link is included so, if authorised, you can find detailed information about the receptacle and despatch and transport in which a parcel was included.

In the case of client pre-advise, articles (individual goods within a parcel) can be listed for each parcel and information about an article can also be included. By drilling down, detailed information describing the mail is accessible at the various levels (transport, despatch, receptacle, parcel, article). An example to show this is given in the diagram.
The look and feel is completely customisable so the appearance can be adapted to match exactly with an existing corporate web site.
So how does it work? We make it as easy as possible to get your data into the WorkTrace system, offering a number of options and taking data in whatever format you can provide it. We also link into the internationl data exchange network of Postal organisations to pick up data from other parties.
